1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility
Users must be 18+ and authorized to sign on behalf of their business.

3. Services Offered
Covers storage, pick & pack, delivery, return-handling, label management.

4. Ordering & Fulfillment

• Inbound/outbound must follow our standard policy (pallet sizes, labeling, notice times).

• Same-day orders before 11 am PST; next-day otherwise.

5. Fees & Payments

• Storage, unload, fulfillment, delivery, and return-handling fees as listed.

• Clients billed monthly; invoices due in 30 days; late payments incur penalties.

6. Modifications & Cancellations
CrateGrid can update TOS anytime; continued use = acceptance.
Clients can cancel or modify orders with 24h advance notice; late changes may incur fees.

7. Liability & Insurance (Limitation of Liability)

• Liability capped at total amount paid by the client in the last 12 months.

• Not responsible for delays due to external issues.

CrateGrid owns all website/app content; clients have limited usage rights.

9. Account Termination
We may restrict or terminate access for policy violations or non-payment.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Recommend small business clause: “Disputes to be resolved in BC courts under BC law.”
